National University - Cohort 61 -SD

Published

Hi,

I wanted to start this for those who are applying to Cohort 61. Has anyone been to a recent nursing info session where they've gone over anything about the newly added interview component?

Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks. How did you get a hold of them?

Specializes in ER/ Trauma/SICU/ NICU.

I spoke with my advisor, and she didn't have any info, so I asked to be transferred to the nursing department offices.

Does anyone know if they accept a certain amount of ABSN students as opposed to the generic BSN applications?

The packet is pretty vague about it. It seems like they combine everyone in the cohort. I had a friend who graduated last year through National and she said it was a mix. Would applicants with a Bachelor's be more favorable? Or does that not even matter? Haha

I think it’s just based on the application criteria (pre-req gpa, TEAS), but I’m not completely sure.

Has anyone heard anything yet?

Not yet! But the email notification from this gave me a heart attack ?

I say, we all call them and ambush them with calls until they release who got an interview! ?????
