I'm planning to get into their training. I want to know your experience with them...

@official02: you're welcome...

@jabay24: congratulations! and Batch 32 falls exactly on what month of 2010? any qualifying exam? interviews? thanks!

official02: batch32 falls on Sept. to Dec 2009

juella: During the training you have 4 professional forums every month. Just like a student you will also have to contribute for your paper works as a group and individual. But you also learn a lot. On the other side you really have to prepare for the expenses.. :imbar

@ jabay24,

I think your answer that is named for juella is for me and likewise. Anyway, thank you.

went to NKTI. they are already closed for the 2 batches for 2010, last batch which will be for September, there are a few slots left. they dont accept incomplete requirements. BLS should be strictyly from Red Cross....IVT card should be provided as well. They wont accept OR/Completion form/IVT certificate.

Specializes in MS, ER.

Maybe try to complete all the nessessary requirements so that you can avail the remaining slot.

hi, i'm also interested to know when is the next NKTI training this 2010? are they accepting those with no hosp. experience yet? pls respond and how much it the cost? Do you know their website?

Basic skill training or BST is around 10,000.., and complete all the requirements.. u also need to have a hep.B vaccine en medical certificate( to prove the u complete the 3 shot) is one of the requirements.. they also strict about BLS and First Aid..should be updated..,

Just called NKTI (Naational Kidney AND Transplant Institute) earlier this afternoon.

The operator transferred me to IANAHP ( Institute of Advanced Nursing and Allied Health Professionals ).

They offer Post-Graduate Course in Dialysis Management for 6 months, which is a specialty course on dialysis (both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis) for nurses who had at least 6 months of bedside experience.

The fee is 30,000php and there is no guarantee that you will be hired after the training.

One should still file an application to the HRD (Human Resource Department) and would still undergo the normal process of application.

I am not sure though of the terms of payment.

Cash basis, maybe.
