Nassau Community College Nursing program Fall 2020

Hello everyone,

I did not see a thread for upcoming Fall 2020. Who has applied for this window that closes March 13th? What are your stats? I want to know like yesterday if I got in. This wait is the worst. Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you.

I just figured out how to see your information the other way, I went to the My Records folder and then clicked on View Student Information. Mine still says liberal arts though ?

Honestly they might just be doing this AS they choose people because I doubt this many people on here aren’t getting in. Usually you see lots of acceptances roll out at once. We’ve only heard of what 3 letters? One email? Very weird. I didn’t get anything just the damn status update haha

@youngcheerio mine still says matriculate admit. The locked status is where the new one will update I think.

@Jalambelet1213 I think you’re right, aside from the couple of people on these forums I only know of 2 other confirmed recipients of letters or emails

@Pre-nurse T true. I think a good question would be if any students who ARENT nursing applicant have the same locked status

Has anyone else gotten any emails from financial aid that haven’t received an acceptance email or letter yet?

I emailed admissions and they said emails went out. I advised them I never received one they asked me for my home address and said they had to research into what is going on. Now I'm thinking they didn't even look at my application:/ this sucks.

You should be emailing the nursing department about your application. Don’t lose hope!

Admissions has been telling everyone emails will be out by May, I don’t think they’ve all gone out yet..

We still have 8 days for April to end! There is still hope for more acceptance letters to be sent out.

I don't think admissions has the most updated information, especially with everyone working from home. Def reach out to nursing dept specifically. Their email is [email protected]

I would be blown away if emails went out and only 1 or 2 people in either forum got one. don't give up!

I emailed the nursing department & got a generic app window for Spring message. I will call tomorrow to see what they say.
