Nassau Community College Fall 2016

Hello, I am wondering if there is anyone here that is applying to Nassau for Fall 2016. I have applied and I'm scheduled to take my TEAS exam on 3/18. I do not have all of my pre-requisites which I understand gives me a better chance of being admitted. I plan to take classes this summer and will take the rest in the Fall if I'm not admitted. I would just like to know thoughts on getting into this program. Also, if there is anyone currently in the program please share your thoughts on how things are going for you. Thanks!

Hi I can't seem to find the "registration information" when I sign into my NCC portal.

I look to the left and there are only five items underneath the Launchpad.

do you have the "my records" tab in the launchpad? You can always click on that too and go to "view student information" if you can't figure out how to do it the other way.

Sorry but I thought I would get some kind of notification once anyone adds a new post, guess not hope you were able to find the tabs, it's takes me forever to figure something out on this website

Not all NCC accounts are created equally I guess . . . . Those tabs are not available for me. I clicked on everything to make sure I wasn't just crazy. I'm glad I'm not the only one!

Do you have a spot on the left that says Launchpad? if so click on it and another list opens up.. maybe we all do not have the same pages on NCC. Hope that helped you.... :)

I've searched the whole website but can't find the registration info lol. I too have been harassing my mailman and constantly asking my mom if there is mail for me. She's starting to get suspicious of what the hell is going on LOL. The wait is definitely real.

Haven't gotten any news yet- I know someone who's already gotten a rejection letter do that means good news for us? Hopefully, cuz I'm driving myself nuts here

Did that person not have a completed application like for example under a 3.0 average or under a proficient score on teas which means they wouldn't stand a chance on being accepted anyway? Just wondering if they got a rejection letter because they have started to weed Out what they really want or that persons application didn't meet criteria, sorry to pick you comment apart but as you can see we are all going nuts !
