Since it really helps me to have "due dates" to keep me on task, and it really helped me with H&S (Which i'm taking this saturday yeah!!!) I'm doing my next timeline for A&P if anyone is getting ready to start it and wants to follow along with me =)
Section 1 The Human Body (5%) May 23rd
Section 2 Chemical Basis of Life (5%) May 24th
Section 3 Dynamics of Support & Motion (12%) May 25-29th (Take Practice test A)
Section 4 Integration and Regulatory Mechanisms (23%) May 30- June 5th
Section 5 Maintenance of the Human Body (33%) June 6-12th
Section 6 Urinary System (10%) June 13-14
Section 7 Fluid & Electrolyte Balance (5%) June 15
Section 8 Reproduction and Development (7%) June 16-17 (Take practice test B)
Review week June 20-26
Final hope to schedule/Take by June 30th
Any sections that anyone feels I should spend more time on than what i've assigned, please let me know, i want to do well on this exam! So far this gives me roughly 5 weeks to learn A&P, but I can always allow myself more time if i feel unsure! =) Thanks all, hope y ou don't mind me posting but when i do it keeps me accountable here!

I think this is a great plan.
I am working on A&P right now too, so I may just follow right along with you! :)

Hey this is great. I'm already sched for my CPNE but need to take a&p. Maybe I'll join ya. Which study guide(s) are you using?
What i posted was just from the section headings on the EC content guide...i then just read those chapters assigned to each section during that day or days. I bought the recommended textbook off ebay but it's an edition or two behind...i think two editions to be exact. I have only used the textbooks i didnt bother with the college network or anything. I may go ahead and get the study group 101 for this exam as well just to have some backup in case i have a difficult time understanding the text.
anywho glad to have ya'll along for the ride! Oh and i didnt write it in there but i'm obviously NOT studying on memorial day! So take a day off too =)
Man did i forget how much info is in A&P...i think i got a little excited when i did my first schedule so i have revamped it a bit...

Section 2 Chemical Basis of Life (5%) May 25th_26th

Section 4 Integration and Regulatory Mechanisms (23%) June 2nd-12th
Section 5 Maintenance of the Human Body (33%) June 13th- 23rd
Section 6 Urinary System (10%) June 24th-26th

Looks like you have a good game plan. Wishing you the best also. I am saving A&P for absolute last..............lol. Hoping to complete Phil., Microbiology, and Information Literacy while I wait for the CPNE. Planning on testing on Philosophy by mid July and then I will be CPNE eligible.
I just didnt want to focus on ANYTHING other than CPNE when the time came! Although i'm seriously hating A&P right now...sooo much info in the textbook...maybe i should just get studygroup 101 or REA
