My review log for NCLEX-RN exam.

Published

In one to two months I will be taking my exam, this thread is an online log to track my progress.I figure if I do it on my own, it will be most likely to FAIL. So Im here, taking all the risks. I know its hard to do it on my own, so I need some encouragements from everyone here (if possible).

So far, I gathered all the resources I need:

Books: LaCharity, Saunders, Kaplan and (to purchase) NCSBN online review.

Place; I mostly can focus on a not-too-noisy places, Library is one of my fave.

Lastly, to everyone who will be taking taking there exam this coming May or June,

I wish you all luck! :nurse:

In the end, our strong faith to ourselves and the Divine will make us all reach success!

Cheers!

Dear bluegeirdwirl:

Your will pass with flying colors, if you studied in college, then just review and you will be fine. I did not review before I took the board because I knew I did my best in college, and that was enough! Believe you possess the knowledge you need to pass if you studied hard in college. Do not be anxious about anything, but pray about this upcoming test! Be at peace with yourself!

@sherryrn1 - Im always hoping for the best. Honestly, I didn't do good in college coz Nursing wasn't my first choice.. but eventually I learned how to love it on my 3rd year as I dealt with patients on our internship.

Lets hope for the best!

@ bluegeirdwirl sounds like you have a solid plan. you and whoever joins your log will pass. lets go team bluegeirdwirl!

@ missmedschool. thanks for sharing the nclex4000..i guess psych is just something we need to keep reading and understanding. i was advice by some member of ans that passed: daily sata. 4 days adult medsurg. 1 day psych. 1 day maternal and 1 day peds. i will follow this advice starting june 1 as my final review.

@mcunanan - lets all hope for the best! i like your suggestions about distributing topics on certain days.. after i finish ncsbn i'll try that.. i just wanna refresh myself on contents and updates then i'll move forward.

Hi bluegeirdwirl,

It so nice to see that you have gone so far in your preparation, am positive you will just be fine on the exam. Just a quick question for you, what edition of LaCharity did you use. Also is Exam cram a book or what, I saw it in your 5week study plan.

Wow you really are prepared for the nclex. Good luck!
