I just got emails from my recruiter! I have an interview on November 21, at 9am for a PCU/ED position :) :) :) :)

This is THE hospital that I wanted! I just have to calm down until then, cause tonight I have been bouncing off the walls :)

BRANDY WTG that is great news. I really hope you get it since you are bouncing off walls it seems quite evident it is the job you really want. BTW I know what ED stands for but how about PCU.

Sorry :) PCU = Progressive Care Unit.

It is the level where patients who are too sick for Med-Surg, but not sick enough for ICU are put :)

It would be 1/2 and 1/2, for the first 6 months, then Emergency full time :)
