How to uptaine a better score in the TEAS Exam, I did my TEAS today, I failed the exam... I didn't study at all, how can I make it better, I had a score of 85.9 % means I did not pass in my first attempt, I know I have to study to Able to pass, but my concern is, why a score of 85.9 % failed.

Great job on getting a great score without studying!
Your overall score is a 85.9 which is in the 95/96th percentile and constitutes an academic preparedness level of 'advanced'. However, some programs have an overall score requirement as well as one for each individual section.
For example:
TEAS Score requirements
Overall 60
Reading 72
Math 60
Science 50
Grammar 60
Did you perhaps score under your program's requirement for one section and did really great on the other three?

Your school may require a min score for each of the subjects. That's a great score though so you should ask your school.

I do agree with others: you may have scored low on any of the subtests in the TEAS. Also, it is spelled obtain, not uptaine. Maybe grammar is not your strongest suite.
