My first Micro. exam.......

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

SUCKED !!! I got a low C. I'm usually a B student, so I'm freaking out. The test was 7 pages of very detailed questions. Just venting, scared to see the outcome of this class.

Specializes in Triage, MedSurg, MomBaby, Peds, HH.

Not to worry. Remember, one test does not a course make!

Talk to your instructor about ways to help you study better for the next exam. You'll do better next time for certain. :)

Best of luck to you!

thanks for your reply !! I know I just needed to study more. The information it self isn't hard, there is just a lot of it ! Thanks again!!!

I had my first micro exam, too. It was alot harder than I thought it would be, although I feel like I did ok. I won't know till my next class what I got. Good luck to everyone else who didn't have their exams yet.

Can you ask for sample test questions before your next exam. It really helps orient you to the focus of the test. I have a whole bunch but they may not work for you since your professor probably has a different style or focus.

My test got postponed till next friday :) I was wondering about those practice tests, do you think that I can right on the money saying that they are somewhat similar of what is gonna be on the test? I was curious to know some of the experiences with practice test.

I think it would be helpfull if we post everything about micro in only one thread...like the micro club...just an idea ;)

Well my Professor usually doesn't change the test a lot and I have two years worth of old tests plus his practice questions and they're all pretty similar. I mean the curriculum doesn't change a whole bunch and they usually teach the same info in the same order. The study guides are just too broad for me there's like sixty questions on it!

My test had 120 questions on it! There is SO much information to remember in this class!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel the same way about my first test. I don't know exactly what I got yet. I feel a little discouraged about the whole ordeal. Hopefully everything works out.
