My first day was great!

I was so excited last night that I could not go to sleep. I think the last time I looked at the clock it was 1 am. Anyway, this summer semester is my first semester for my pre reqs. This first 6 weeks I have computer & psyc. I just got home from my first day & I loved it! I know Im going to fly through both classes. When I opened my notebook for my first class there was a little note from my hubby wishing me luck. Then when I got out of my last class my hubby was standing by my car to suprise me & congratulate me on my first day. I'm not sure, but I think he had tears in his eyes too.

I know everyday wont be all peaches and creams, but it sure does make me look forward to going back!

So how was everyone elses first day?

That's great! How nice of him to be so supportive. Makes me wish I had someone like that in my life (as of now, yes still single ).

I'll let you know on Thursday if I am not too beat, my class won't start until Wednesday and I'm taking biology as a pre-req. Haven't taken a biology class since highschool!

Awe your post made me cry too! That's so awesome. It helps so much to have someone very supportive in your life, especially when things are down and they are there to let you know that they believe in you. Good to hear you had a great first day. Good luck on your journey to nursedom!

Tomorrow is my first day of classes and I am so nervous. I don't think that my husband has noticed me fumbling everything I pick up. I am so excited. I know that I won't be able to sleep tonight. Good Luck and Congrats!!!!

Today was my first day too! Physiology......I could hardly sleep last night either. I was so excited just to be moving forward. I'm 37yo and just went back to school last fall. I'm just jazzed to be doing some "medical" classes from here on out.........

Wow first day was great! I really think I am going to love this class. Lots of reading (glad I already read chapter 1 before class even started).

I have to tell you that a digital voice recorder is the best! I'm going to start a new thread regarding this because I want people's opinions on which one is the best.
