What music do you guys listen to during the day?

I have been listening to Passion & Purpose - the Studer CD that someone gave to me - anyone hear it? it is all written about healthcare workers.

They have a player on it so you can listen to it in the background when you are working as well.

When I work, in my head I play what I like to call "fight music".

Like Cambria and Coheed, Linkin Park or AFI. That way I feel big and tough. When really I am weak and little. LOL

Don't listen to music at work (although we did at one place on night shift...softly..) but on the way to work I either listen to the local Christian station or blast something happy like Lady Gaga..haha!

We have the stereo on at work most of the day. Usually a rock station or a soft rock CD.

On my way to work, usually Lady Gaga, TI, Akon, or anything rap or metal. It's my survival. Heck, I'm ready for the interstate after that! On my way home, Jason Mraz, Taylor Swift, stuff to wind me down so my DH won't have to pry my hands off the wheel, pretending it's a crazy patient's throat!

We listen to anything except country or christian music on the unit. Sometimes when the unit is bedlam we put on hard rock

At work we don't have music playing, but the drive there and back.....

Depends on my mood, I have 5 CD's that I play depending if I want a lift, come down, mellow, party or laugh. Some I play loud, others very loud!!!

:lol2: they are my cardio bands too! Everytime I have to force myself to do something they are the ones I listen to. FIGHT MUSIC!!

I listen to my ipod at work when its like 2am, very low of course,(low enough that I can still hear what is going around me) when I am charting or cleaning the work area. My coworkers don't mind. I asked them first before I do it.

I'm spanish. i need noise to function.
