I am local and applied priority. I did get an emIl. I have not gotten an envelope yet. Are all your pre-reqs done and was your cumulative high enough???

Well they asked me to retake a class that I'd already taken at another university because it wasn't science based where I took it, but that was the only thing. Besides that my gpa is 3.8 cumulative and 3.75 science. They said there were no worries about the prerequisites as long as I had a sheet in saying I was taking the class.

Are you enrolled now? I know they are really tight on all theor pre-reqs and they dont make exceptions. They all have to be completed prior to matriculation as I understand it.

Wait... was the science pre-req requirement 3.8?? I cant remember and Im still at work... could that be it? If it was that may mean you are in the regular admission group.

Yes, I'm taking it right now. I'm not sure about the science gpa requirement. I'm so nervous now.

I was wondering the same. I reached out to Mary Kate and she explained that if we didn't receive an email that we were more than likely rolled to the general admission group. I too am local, decent GPA, but some how they got my residency mixed up. They have me as out of state, because we are military. BUT, aside from duty stations, I've only live in SC my whole life. Graduated from Stratford in 05. Lol Now, I am in the process of appealing that.

I double checked this am and its 3.8 pre-reqs amd 3.5 overall - so you may have just missed that pre-req requirement. Dont panic yet.

Anyone who applied for the priority and DID NOT receive an acceptance email, have you received anything to indicate you made it into the program in the second batch?

They were closed a day last week due to the storm coming through.... dont know if that delayed anything or not.

I didn't get in priority but haven't heard anything about regular admission. I bet we won't hear anything until after October 22nd.

I spoke to someone in admissions the other day and they said "decisions have not yet been finalized. The meeting will take place in order for them to finalize decisions either this week or next week. Look for information in about two weeks".
