MUSC BSN FALL 2014

Hey! Just wondering if anyone out there has applied for the MUSC BSN Program for Fall 2014??? I plan on applying this December so just want to know if any other applicants are out there or if anyone knows any tips that you could provide for getting in :) thanks in advance!!!

I really wish I would have read this earlier! I want to know NOW! Two more days is too long : ) Has anyone here been accepted yet? I called last cycle and it was really hard to get the rejection over the phone so I'm afraid to call in! I may be emailing this time around!

Ok, I don't think we are supposed to post names here, according to TOS, but you want to email the same woman that does transcript evaluations.

I just emailed the person that I contacted regarding my transcripts after I submitted everything, and I only got back an out of office reply. Seems she'll be gone until the 19th.. Has anyone tried to call in today?

I emailed the same lady who does transcript evaluations and she told me admission decisions were made but she was not authorized to give out the information, and didn't say anything giving me a suggestion that I was accepted. Now I feel kinda sick. Just hoping it doesn't mean what I think it means. If anyone has luck finding out over the phone let me know! Now I just want to call and get it over with...

I called the number that was given earlier in this thread, she told me the same info you were given (that she doesn't have that information uploaded in her computer and won't have it until Wednesday or Thursday). Does anyone have a phone number of someone who does have that info and can tell us over the phone?

I tried a few different phone numbers on Friday and got redirected to that same lady every time and was told the same thing. She didn't take my name, so I don't think that has anything to do with being accepted or not. I guess we'll just have to wait until later this week :-/ The suspense is too much!! I'll post if I find out anything!

I also emailed the main person in admissions and just a few minutes ago got a response. She said that the letters are in the Dean's office waiting to be signed and they should be sent out later today or tomorrow. She said if we don't hear anything from them by Friday to call and they will tell you.

I called and they said letters are mailed out Wednesday and decisions can be given over the phone Wednesday at the earliest.

I work at MUSC I thought about walking down there and just asking in person since I'm only a tower over!!
