Fundementals and drug calculation is finally over. It was a challange but I made it. Moving on to Med Surg 1. There were times that I wanted to quit but I hung in there. I passed and I am moving on.:yeah::yeah:

Congrats!!! One step at a time. U will be there before you know it. I can't wait till I start!! May 4th.

Hi. Im happy you have moved on. Give me some tips so i can do the same. Im having trouble with the math and half the time i really dont know what to study. Any tips will be great. Thanks.

For drug calculation the only thing you can do is practice practice practice and remember your formulas and everything will fall into place.:up:

Congrats. I was also relieved when I passed my dosage calculations class. Try not to become upset in a few weeks or months if you don't remember the exact forumulas. I have nine weeks left in my program and those calculations are finally "sinking in." In December I wouldn't have been able to tell you on the top of my head that to calculate gtt/min, you take total volume to be infused times drip factor divided by total minutes. LOL.
