Hello All,
My husband is Active Duty Army and we are getting stationed at Fort Campbell and we will be living in either Cadiz or Hopkinsville. We are flying out to look at homes at the beginning of May and I hope to be out there in July. I see that on the hospital website for Cadiz there are 0 RN positions open and at the Hopkinsville hospital there is only 1 RN job posting. Is it hard to find a job in this area? I see the hospital in Clarksville has many, many positions open, I was hoping not to have to commute the 35-45 mins.
Any advice about the local job market or living in this part of KY in general will be greatly appreciated! Also if you know any NPs/MDs in the Hopkinsville/Cadiz area that would be willing to preceptor a FNP student I would be very thankful. I am currently attending Georgetown and they do not have reciprocity with TN so I will not be able to do clinicals in TN. I am moving out before my husband to find preceptors prior to the start of my clinicals in Oct.
Thanks :)

Hi there, it's been over one year, but I was wondering if you found preceptors? I attend APSU as FNP student and am currently hunting for my own. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
