i do not know of any programs in az. you can check with local community colleges and/or hospitals in the area. some do this.

I work and live in AZ. Ususally the community colleges will offer a IV certification class -- in the Phoenix area, you can call Mesa Community College or Gateway Community College. Also I know that employers are usually will to help pay for the certification costs in the hospital setting so you might want to do a little job hunting too and see if they would be willing to do that.

Are you an RN or LPN. You can take an 8-10 week course through Gateway Community College. If you go through Maricopa Community Colleges website they should be able to show you what is available.
