Mount Sinai PSON ABSN Fall 2021

Starting the thread since I could only find Summer 2021z Has anyone applied to and/or gotten an admission decision from Mount Sinai PSON for their ABSN program starting Fall 2021? Where else did you apply? Share stats if comfortable, you know the drill! Thanks!

Hi all, 

 

I finally submitted my application last night through NursingCAS. I am waiting on my references to be submitted. At this point, what do I need to expect? 

Have students been accepted to the program yet? This thread is super long, so just wanted to ask instead of scrolling through the whole thing.

Good job! Hopefully we can all get accepted and be a part of this program together! At this point, you have to wait for NursingCas to verify your application, then they will send it to PSON. 

This thread is definitely long, so far and what’s raising concern for many students is that we still haven’t received any updates or acceptances at all. I think only 2 students of the many here have but that’s it. From what I’ve heard they’ve still been dealing with the Summer cohort which probably back tracked. I’ve submitted my application for the Fall on February 23rd and still nothing LOL! 
But don’t let that defer you, I am positive we might get something this week since the Summer cohort will start May 17th.

That makes sense. Since they extended the deadline to May 15th, they're probably waiting to see all applications before filling up their class. Thanks for responding to me ?

Im taking patho now. It’s A LOT! I couldn’t imagine taking in with pharm at Mount Sinai
