I have recently applied for the MSMU's Summer 2018 ABSN Program at the Doheny Campus, and I would be delighted to know if anyone else applied!
I am scheduled to take the Math Exam on the 16th of December!

I got accepted, too! RNby2019, I can't wait to meet you and the rest of our classmates! I got my letter in the mail this afternoon as well and it was dated February 15. Just like you, I keep re-reading the letter to make sure it's real. Have you tried following the steps yet? I feel like the website isn't updated because there are conflicting dates and the instructions to sign up for Web Advisor doesn't match.

Has anyone made their deposit to reserve their space, yet? I was able to log into the Web Advisor, but the option to pay for it is not on the website. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you :)

Hi futureRN9843, I tried direct messaging a few of them through this, but there's a requirement that you post more than a certain amount to be able to send a message and you have to request their permission to speak with them. Not sure if there's another way. If anyone knows of any, please do share! I would like some insight, too.
My cousin who currently works at Kaiser and is getting her master's at Asuza works with a recent graduate from the ABSN program. He said it was a grueling program, but that everyone was very helpful and supportive of each other. This includes both staff and students. He advised that I enjoy my time with friends and family now because come the school year - we won't be able to do that.
Hi nevertoolateRN, I'm having similar issues. Every time I try to setup a new user account it takes me to reset a password. Did you get this prompt?
Hi RNby2019, I had to go thru a string of steps as follows:
1. From Web Advisor, I clicked on the 'student' option
2. Clicked on 'What's my User ID?'... then filled in the prompts. Your user ID should be [email protected]
3. Clicked on 'I don't remember my password'... it will ask you to which email address you want the temporary one sent to (At this point, you'll notice that you do have an MSMU email addy, which I found very exciting)
I was told that the MSMU ABSN program actually brought up the NCLEX rates and their tradiontional BSN actually did worse so it looks like if we were grouped differently, our program rate would be much higher.

I wanted to know for the future how intense the interview process was, how many people there were interviewing and how long it lasted. I know it's probably different for everyone, but just thought I'd get a sense.

I got my acceptance letter in the mail today!! I'm in!!!
I am in disbelief! I have read this letter 5 times and I still don't believe it!
Congrats to all those who got interviews! I hope to meet all my new classmates soon!!
