Mount Saint Mary's ABSN FALL 2011

Just reaching out to other fellow nursing students who applied for this coming Fall 2011 ABSN program at Mount Saint Mary's (Los Angeles)...I completed my application a few weeks ago.

web advisor down? tried logging on but it appears the website is down.

That happened to me early today, but it's working fine now.

anyone see any changes in their web advisor? unsure when they'll notify potential students?

Mine still says the same thing. I do not think we will hear anything until May...but I am not positive.

We should be contacted for interviews sometime in May (according to the timeline I've seen in prior year's postings). As the time grows near, I'm getting more excited! Have others finished all their prereq's already? I will be taking the religion classes and the speech class this summer.

Hi everyone,

I just found the forum this afternoon and have been reading this and past threads. I applied for Fall'11 and waiting to hear back.

Anyone planning on taking Bioethics concurrently? Or taking it during summer?

If I get in, I plan on taking it concurrently, as I have one religion class in progress and another to take along with Speech over the summer. But, it sounds like it will be easier and cheaper if you take it beforehand, tho not impossible to take concurrently either according to older posts. Good luck!

I got my rejection letter in the mail yesterday....I was shocked, since all the other school I applied to had contacted me for interviews, and I also wasn't expecting to hear anything until May!

I'm sorry to hear that - it's never fun to get those letters! :crying2: Best of luck with the other school's you've applied to, since you've had other interviews already, hopefully you'll get into one of those programs!

I applied for Fall 2011 also. I heard from the school that we won't even find out who is selected for interviews until May, then those who are accepted will find out early June.

I've already interviewed and have been accepted at Loma Linda BSN and CSUF for a EL-MSN. MSMC is my first choice, but it looks like I need to respond to the other schools before MSMC even finishes reviewing the applications.

I also applied for Fall 2011..... still waiting for webadvisor to update from April 21st. No e-mail request for an interview yet (if at all). No rejection letter yet. I'm not really sure where I stand. Hope everyone else is getting their answers. . . I'm in the dark.:cool:
