Okay, have to throw in my two cents...
I had to talk my sister out of naming her first daughter Misty Summer
I went to school with a guy named Zane Zuniga (don't know if it's that strange, but will never forget it!)
My mother knew a girl in high school who was named after her father (James). He passed away before she was born so her mother named her Jamezina
I work in the parish hospital in Lafayette, LA for a while and my two favorite names were Sisterbelle (girl) and Sir (boy)
And last, but not least, my youngest son's birth name is Glenn, but we call him Moose. He's three and won't even answer to Glenn!
I went to junior high with a girl named Tequila, know a girl now named Memory. Also, she doesn't have an unusual name, but I know a girl with initials TLC who is, coincidentally, a very caring, sweet person. And, I know the Corbin thing was a while back in the thread, but Corbin is also the name of a town in south-central KY!
Went to college with Candy Cane. Local family with last name Green -- kids named Forrest & Kelly. Have a distant relative named Dorkus (I know it's a saint's name -- but it's so awlful.) I'm not loving it when babies are named after cities/states/countries -- example Taiwan, Paris, etc. God, I could have been named Connecticut or something. Of course, I'm Susan Mary (really sounds like a nun.) And some names are regional -- really do like the name Mason and if my childbearing days weren't over -- Grace would be the next girl.
