Montgomery College, how long?

I sent in my application for the fall at Montgomery College today. The deadline is March 1st. Does anyone know about how long I can expect to wait before I get an answer?

what was the post date on it? Just wondering how long it took to get to you since the usps site said it could take up to 14 biz days.

So what all did the letter say? What are the next steps for you? Does it give suggestions on where to go to get your cpr, first aid, etc?

Oh man...I'm really nervous now. I didn't get anything today either. I'm in Ocean City with my family for the weekend, but my mom is getting my mail and she didn't see anything. Hopefully tomorrow...

Thanks girls. I haven't gotten a chance to read the entire letter. It starts w/ "Dear accepted first sem. nursing student"... the orientation is June 21 @1pm. Registration for me is July 26 @ 12. It's alphabetical A-L. M-Z is on July 28. It lists requirements for registration and they will give us forms and all directions during orientation. There's also an acceptance confirmation to send back by Jun 10.

I wonder why you can't just register online for classes or if we even have any say in our schedule. Well, if I get accepted, I will see you at orientation/registration the same days then.

We need approval from the dept before registering for the NU course. There's a schedule form to be completed on registration day. Once it's done, then we can register online. Health history and CPR cert and background cks are due by 07/15. There's a list of facilities for CPR cert. MC continuing ed div. is one of them. Drug/alcohol testing is done by PreCheck inc and is due by 08/15. There will be a uniform vendor at registration. The listings for clinical facilities will be distributed at orientation. If anyone has any other questions, let me know.

what is health history? I wish they gave more time for all of this.

Not sure what that means. A letter for the healthcare provider will be given to us at orientation.They want a physical and immunization record, including all the required vaccs/titers. They say to set an appt now for them. It doesn't have a list of facilities for vacc/titers but someone mentioned on a thread that UMD will give MC students a discount.
