So only the 2-day SG clinical was cancelled? I'm gonna grab my paper now and see what else I can do.

I've heard about the index thing too. I've used the index card method for memorization, i.e. formulas, equations, conversions and that worked well. As for note taking, I've used the thin notebooks. I cut to size and stapled handouts in the notebooks. It kept my notes and handouts organized and it was easy to refer back to.

Mon-NU121 10-12:50 (this is the one I'm not sure about, online has it as 8-10:50)

NU 105 2-2:50

NU 110 4-7:50

(T/W MG- 3-8:10)

Nikki, I remember reading good things about Mansir a while back (one of the reasons for picking MG as 2nd choice). I wonder if Donyella (is that her name?) was able to get MG.

Her name was Dawn, I thought. I remembered that because that is my neighbor's name.

Only the afternoon SG option was eliminated. I think full day at Sub and SG were the popular choices.

Kristian, if I get my first choice for classes, you and I will have 105 and 110 together :)

To have my clinical at the same time as you 2, I would have to get a pretty bad # cuz I really want Wed 7-5:10 for my clinical time (and I could get this by doing it at Suburban, WAH, MG, or SG). Regardless, we should all def get together to study on a regular basis, whether it's in person or on-line.

Mansir has a 5.0 on ratemyprofessors.com. It sucks that some of the teachers don't have any ratings at all. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing...

Nikki, I thought I heard something after Dawn...

Andrea, it would be great if we do have those classes together! Even if you have a high #, you should still be able to get your 2nd all day clinical choice. I completely agree about studying together regularly, hopefully we can find a good time for all of us.

Yeah, Mansir has a good rating and so does Robinson. I think no rating is better than a bad one. But w/ a bad one, we at least know what to expect.

Kristian, who do you have for your other classes? Blount is supposedly really nice but likes to gossip. One of my other teachers had a bad review. Others weren't listed.

I started chpt 24 last night on communication from the fundamentals book. Wow was it dull...not to mention common sense.

Well I am awaiting a lady to interview for childcare. This is the deaf one. Should be interesting.

Just came from Staples. Bought my index cards and key rings. But then I saw a spiral book of perforated index cards that I thought would be easier...of course it cost $8 for 150 of them versus $6 for a regular pack of 500. So I went with the the more economical one. I'll probably use these for the vocab terms and answers to the objective questions. Nikki, I'm glad to hear Ch. 24 was pretty common sense; hopefully the rest of the chapters will be like that too! Lol. Good luck with your interview today!

I have Alston and Ostchega for 110, and Fuss and Kada (so far) for 121.

I saw my neighbor's daughter this morning and asked her to relay the message that I would give her mom your email address, etc. She told me her mom got tied up last night. I think she is still interested. Good luck w/ the next lady.
