Here is our new thread ladies (Nikki, Andrea, Kristian, Marissa...and whoever else will be starting at MC this fall).

Well they have the bag I was supposed to get for only a few dollars more. But now I'm thinking I want to save money. There are some high sierras I am eyeing that are on sale for $24 so maybe I will go with one of those. That's about a $40 savings.

That promotion wouldn't work in combination with the deal they have. Ordered it anyway. Had good reviews, large capacity so hopefully it does the trick.

Ugh. I called and the lady said the file was corrupt and wouldn't open. So she has to call the lab to have them resend the report and then she will email it to me. Who knows how long that will take.

Hey guys! Sorry, been kinda busy the last few days...unpacking, re-cleaning everything, hanging out with Dominic and some friends that are in town visiting. I turned in my print-out saying I got the 2 most recent immunizations on Monday. Meant to get my ID while I was there, but totally forgot! Haven't gotten my parking permit yet...I wonder why? If I don't get it by the end of this week, I'm gonna call someone. I got an e-mail also telling me everything was negative for my drug/alcohol tests so I can finally let out a deep sigh of relief. I was so worried something else was gonna go wrong.

Nikki, that sucks about your backpack being delayed again! I would be so mad! But it's good you found a less expensive replacement. We'll know by mid semester whether or not going with wheel-less backpacks was a good idea or not lol.

I'm about to purchase the ATI thing now. I finished 34 and am moving on to 38 but I'll probably wait til tomorrow. I'm so tired, I don't think I can process boring information tonight lol. Dominic woke me up at 5:30 this morning with a tummy ache. He's fine now...must have been something he ate last night...but I didn't go back to sleep so I'm running off 5 hours of sleep and a long day of running errands and visiting people.

Getting REALLY excited that we only have 2 1/2 weeks til school starts! Also getting REALLY happy that this tropical rainforest weather is dying down. It felt so good out tonight, we all went for a bike ride and it was so refreshing! Autumn is probably my favorite season cuz it's so comfortable and pretty outside with the changing leaves. Had a great, although stressful, summer...but can't wait for fall to get here!

Yay Andrea! Glad your results are in and it's finally over. Although I knew we'd all pass, the waiting was still a nail-biter. Yeah, I haven't gotten my ID. That's strange about the parking permit. We all ordered it about the same time. Oh BTW, (if you haven't read) the permit is PURPLE. Nikki and I both thought of you when we got it. :)

I'm trying to have UMd fax me the result of my Rubella titer (it's Positive now, woo hoo!) and an updated immunization history. They told me to fax them a letter requesting that and now I'm waiting for someone to fax my records.

I also need to order from ATI, meant to order it over the wknd. I finished all three chapters for Fund. of Nursing, but feel as if I rushed through it.

Sorry to hear about Dominic's tummy ache and your lack of sleep. Hopefully, you two got some good rest last night.

Wow, you seem very excited and that's great! I'm excited too...and nervous. The closer we get to the start of classes the more nervous I feel. I like autumn too. My favorite time of the season is the the changing of colors. My hubby and I like to take a drive to Catoctin Mountain Orchard at that time. The view is breathtaking.

Ugh! Been trying to get a hold of my Rubella titer result and it hasn't been easy. They keep faxing stuff I already have. Hopefully, the 3rd attempt to have someone fax me what I need will be successful! At this rate, it would have been easier to drive there to get it.

I'm trying not to gripe too much cuz overall they've been so nice and helpful.

Did they ever fax it to you Kristian? That's awesome that you've finished the Fundamentals assignment! I'm gonna try and work on 38 tonight...although I'm starting to lose my motivation now! Too many weekends in a row at the beach are making me crave more LOL! Did you take any notes? I checked MyMC again...still nothing up :( I wonder how long they're gonna wait?? I would definitely like to see those notes at least 2 weeks before school starts...

Ironic, I got something in the mail from Montgomery General today. Just a generic mailing to the neighborhood I think but I had never even heard of them before looking at the clinical list.
