hi everyone! i recently took the TEAS V for Fall '14 at Montefiore SON (formerly Hopfer). No results yet (It wasn't on a comp so there's a wait to get my grades). Anyone else hoping to get accepted?

Keep ur head up. Remember there r still 2 groups after us (4/26 TEAS takers) so stay positive.

Take the practice tests n time urself to the second. I found myself running out of time on the first 2 sections. U'll b fine. If u can take the online practice assessments, do that to. U'll get a feel on how the test is constructed

Thank you. Ive been using the ATI book everyday this week. Some days is a little discouraging. I am just trying not to let my nerves get the best of me.

Don't b discouraged. Think of ur goal. To b a RN. Keep that in ur head. It'll push u thru. That's wat I did ?

So is everyone that got in definitely attending? I also got into Nassau CC's nursing program. NCC is of course way cheaper, and it's also closer to my home. Montefiore is a great hospital system, and perhaps going to the nursing school would help in getting a job at Monte? I was reading the student handbook online (like a nerd), and they say that parking is sporifice in the area, which would be a problem for me since I'd be driving in (can't imagine how long it'd take to get there by public transportation). Maybe there's a parking garage nearby? Anyway, I think I'm gonna go to the open house this thursday at 6pm and see how everything is to get a better idea. But yeah, just wondering if everyone is set on attending.
