lmaaaao I'm trying to help you get mentally prepared so you don't act like a deer in headlights when you get your syllabus ahaha

Oh, just my two cents but don't even think about being a procrastinator in nursing school unless you REALLY want constant anxiety and mini-heart attacks ?

Let me tell you now I know why there’s no info on this test the only 2 I remember is gas exchange in the lungs, blood flow through the heart. The other questions were worded so strangely I can’t even remember them. I wanted to come out of there strong and remember everything to help everyone out, but wen I tell you I went total blackout blank after oh did I !!

I know the feeling)) But still based on what you wrote before, you got pretty good score!!! And let me ask you was it only A&P or it had some of the biology questions also?

Soooo, something did come to my mind about what you can do with your free time lol. I would highly suggest reading this book. I bought it about 3 years ago and started using it with Anatomy & Physiology and have been using the techniques ever since. Nursing school is not like any other program where you learn information, take an exam, and just forget everything you learned the next day. You have to memorize tons of information and keep using it constantly, in clinicals, future exams, etc. The techniques in the book may sound goofy but they work. It helps cut my study time in half because I'm able to memorize a lot very fast and retain it so I don't have to review a lot before exams. I would suggest to read the book twice and really practice the techniques. Like any new skill you're learning, it'll take time and practice. You can use these techniques with the nursing book and get a few steps ahead. There's a lot of info from A&P that I still remember because of this book. Good luck!

No you haven't and I was starting to wonder ? jk lol It's my pleasure ?

Just please make sure you pay it back someday to future prospective nursing students so we all help each other out ?

I understand that we are all trying to get into this program, but why is the school receptionist so rude?

She's actually very sweet and helpful, you may have just caught her in a bad moment. She gets tons of repeated calls from students and some ask the same questions over and over again because they're anxious/impatient so I'm sure that causes added stress and a lot falls on her shoulders.
