Montefiore School of Nursing Spring 2016 Applicants

Hello Guys! Figured I'd start a new thread on Montefiore SON for Spring 2016 since I haven't been able to find one. Anyone out there in the process of Applying to their nursing program? I called them yesterday and was told they will be sending out Exam invitations soon. Where are you in your process??

Total of 5 with myself. What were your scores?

I scored an overall 71% did you take your test in the morning section or evening?

Thank you, still can't get my hopes high there are more test days to come-let see what happens but the number of people are low. There were 5 also when I took mines..

Hope, Thank you so much! I am new here and am scheduled to take the test this Saturday 10/17 (pulling hair out, no nails left to bite!). I feel that I am well prepared but you never know. Going over your post definitely made me feel a little better now that I have a better idea of what to expect.

Just took the KAT at Cochran Nursing school. Scored a 80%. Test was just as described in earlier post. Math was nothing like whats in book. Very easy. Science was interesting. NOTHING LIKE WHATS IN THE BOOK. Just study all the systems and their functions. Im Glad that its over. I might take it over at Montefiore 10/23 to see if I can score higher or just send them the scores of what I just took. Not sure.

That's a great score! I would call them and explain them your situation and see what they recommend but your score is a solid one- congratulations

Thanks:) . Im a little annoyed because the printout said that I changed 7 correct answers to incorrect answers, coulda got a higher grade. Oh well

Omg the same thing happened to me I change like 5... I did the math and I would have gotten at least an 80... Well let see what happen...

HottJ, CONGRATS on your score!!! About how long did it take you to complete the exam? Did you find that you had to go over the reading passages a few times, or was it pretty straight forward?
