Hey La_Enfermera!

I tried adding you as a friend to see if I could send you a message regarding the CPR classes and not post all over the forum, but apparently that isn't an option. Anyway, did you pick a spot for your CPR training? I haven't found anyone else on these forums who got accepted, where are they all hiding? LOL Oh and the online English II teacher my friend has is Scott Zaluda, nice guy but alot of papers according to her. Have you gotten your uniform yet?

Have you looked into the CPR classes? I havnt heard back from the lady I emailed so I think I am going to email other people on that list. I am certified through the American red cross but I think it needs to be American heart certified. yes I finally got my uniform!!! it took over 3 weeks so def order it soon especially with all the holidays coming up! I don't know what kind of shoes we need though! I know I have only heard from one person that said they were accepted but they didn't say if they were attending!

Hey La_Enfermera,

Got your message (even though I can't respond privately)I started my packet, I even dropped off my deposit today and got my moodle info. I'm going to log in now. My physical is scheduled for Dec 2nd, so after that all I have to do is the CPR stuff which I still haven't looked into since I've been so busy with work. I met one student today who was also dropping off her deposit, I think she is an LPN already, really nice person (I forgot her name). Are you all finished with everything and ready to go for January? I bet you are! :)

hey badcooliebwoy! is your moodle working? All I have to do is go hand my packet into occupational health at new Rochelle hospital and do my CPR certification! Have a great Thanksgiving!

Hey La_Enfermera,

Moodle isn't working, I called and was told they are changing the website which is why its down. I have to hand my packet in too. For the CPR certification I reached out to one person on the list named Myrtle and she said she can accommodate people for a Saturday class. My friend Jennifer and I plan on getting it done one of these Saturday's. You're more than welcome to join, I think she said she can teach up to 6 people per class. If anything just let me know and once I get a confirmed date and time I can forward the info to you.

Hi everyone, I also got accepted to Monte starting January! Looking forward to it. I had the same problem with the CPR cert. Never got a call back. Did you guys already do the class? I'm doing the background check this saturday. My health assessment package is almost done. Just waiting for my primary doctor to get back from vaca and by next week I should be done with that. Let me know about the CPR class. See you all in January! :)

Congrats and I'll see you in January, I signed up on this website called heartstartny. The cost is $70, a few of us signed up to take the CPR class this Sunday 2-6 pm at the Bronx location. There are plenty of options and classes. Good luck :)

badcooliebwoy good luck with your class!!! I am taking mine in white plains this Wednesday! I just brought my health clearance package to new rochelle hospital this week and the nurse said it looked good so thank goodness that is out of the way!!! So now all that is left is orientation!!! I'm excited to meet all of you!!!

mkct84...I don't know if you live in Westchester but CPR Dave is great at responding right away!!!

Found CPR Dave! lol. I will be scheduling soon. Have you guys the nice looking book li$$$t?? Lol. Are you guys going to get all the optional books listed?? I spotted 3. I'm just wondering which ones are a must.
