Hey everyone. I’m currently starting my application process for Monroe college Bachelors of nursing program, Fall 2021. I’m quite nervous. As I’m an average student, I’m on my last year of high school. I don’t have the best grades but I said, hey let me give it a shot. Has anyone ever applied there ? How hard was it getting accepted ?? After submitting your application and doing your interview, how long did it take to get a reply from them if you were accepted or not ? Also, What did they ask in the interview questions ? What is school like there ? What’s the workload like and professors ? I really want to be accepted. Any advice and information anybody has would be great ! Thank you.

Exams aren’t open book but you can have scrap paper. And you are on camera taking exams, you have a “practice exam” (they call them problem sets) you have to complete before every exam and those help. The questions they ask on the exam are very similar to those within the module so pay attention to those questions. Micro was the easiest to finish of all the prereqs imo because they ask straightforward questions. It took me about 5 months to finish it but I was taking ap2 at the same time. You can honestly prolly finish it in 2 months. But when I took it you could only take an exam every 3 days I think it was IDK if they changed that.

for the first semester of the ABSN its asynchronous ...you have 5 classes and you have to log in and complete the coursework due for that week by sundays 5pm. IDK how im going to tackle this yet because you have to be able to manage 5 courses on your own LOL. so on the schedule theres no times the classes just say TBA and the professors name is at the bottom
