Any advice? Clinics, In home care, Hospice? I'm willing to take the pay cut to work this kind of schedule. I would like to know what certain pros and cons of each job. Thanks Nurses!
Also, I am a fairly new graduate (with RN-ADN), I have experience in two nursing homes (both of which have a higher acuity swing bed unit) and I did a 3 month preceptorship at a pediatric clinic (which I loved!). With my experience do you think I will have a hard time getting employed?

Yes, you will probably have a hard time getting employment, particularly if you are looking for M-F work. It has as much to do with the economy and your lack of RN experience as anything else. It is unclear what kind of work you did for the nursing homes. If it was as an aid, it will not count toward an RN position. If it was as an RN, two jobs as a "fairly new graduate" will probably trigger questions about why you are now looking for a third.
well, both jobs I had at the same time, part time (got hired within 3 days of eachother). It was difficult to manage night shift for one and evening shift for the other so I had to leave the night shift one and now I'm only doing the other. I LOVE my job where I'm at, but we are moving (from washington to georgia) to be closer to my dad and grandparents, it has been the plan even before I started school. Also, I have almost 3 years of CNA experience. The two nursing homes, I am a charge RN overseeing CNAs, I was hired in March and plan to stay until I move. Does any of this make a difference?

Maybe look into the state jobs, they typically are m-f but the pay is pretty bad. No weekends is a tall order for a fairly new grad. How much experience do you have now?

Home health and hospice jobs do offer M-F but most require call.
Dialysis is another option.
Hospital web sites also post M-F positions..you have a lot of choices given your locale...not sure you would take that big of a cut - depends on what position and where I guess.
