Mohawk College Practical Nursing January 2018

I am just wondering if anyone has received admission into Mohawk College's RPN nursing program, for the January 2018 start? If so, when did you hear back from the school, and what were your grades and HOAE test scores?

Does anyone know how this college strike will affect us if it goes on for much longer?

Got an offer for RPN at Mohawk for January in the mail today.. I'm currently debating back and forth between Mohawk and Niagara (mostly because the Niagara program is an evenings only program which would mean that I can keep my current job while in school), but I will figure it out soon.

as for the strike, it's hard to know because most of our classes will be through the IAHS at McMaster so I'm not sure if we will be impacted. But mohawk has already mentioned that January start programs will be pushed to a later start date

About the pre placement stuff- I asked about getting it done early before the due date (April 2018) and they informed me not to get it done too early or it will expire while we are in the hospital doing placement during 4th semester. so be careful! and I have a feeling we won't be starting at the original start date in January because of the strike :/ who knows though hopefully they can figure out a plan
