Hello everyone, 

I wanted to make a forum for all applicants for MJC 2021. We can all share our questions, concerns, share our points/TEAS scores, and updates we get from the school!

They said we only need the score on the application and then sending official transcrip from TEAS to MJC directly. I sent a copy of one of my transcripts because they wanted it for my need to work form but I did not send copies of all transcripts because the summary page didn’t instruct to do so.

The summary page at the end did not instruct to do that, it said to include the official score and send it to them. Basically the score is the number you got on your exam. (81,etc) and you entered that into the application. The application summary at the end says for supporting documentation for TEAS: “Official TEAS” so I just sent in my official TEAS yesterday to MJC from the TEAS website.

@SeeksTruth I have a BA in Sociology.  Are you applying to any ABSN programs?

I asked a nursing counselor, and he gave me a weird answer.  He said no you don't need to attch the TEAS score to the supporting documents.  He said "you can if you want."  So I ended up sending my official TEAS score to the school and also attaching an unofficial score (just because).

No, too expensive. I'm a single mom on welfare with a very minimal support system. Have to get this degree as cheaply as possible.

Hi! Does anyone know if the ADN to BSN GE certification form has to be submitted by the application deadline?

Yes it does! They said that on the info session. Has to be signed by a counselor and sent in where you submit supporting documents
