Best thing to do right now is to get tested asap so you're showing them you have "nothing to hide" and e-mail your probation monitor what happened. It's better that you let them know first rather than them having to reach out to you first.
As for the missed call-ins, someone in my group missed like 6 check-ins until they got a year added to their contract so it always varies. What matters too is if you were selected on that missed check-in date as well.
If it happens again, you should contact your case manager right away and explain what happened. I missed a check in at one time, my case manager called me back and said I wasn't selected to test that day so I was fine, she said in the future I should just go and get tested option 1. She also said that if you miss a check in and don't report to your case manager, it can be counted as a positive!
This may or may not help but I know a nurse that missed all her weekend check ins (60 or so) because they "never" test on the weekend. Nothing happened to he. She got cleared and has a legit license. My guess would be to call your whoever you're assigned to, let theme know it was a hectic day at work and you got busy. Have time sheets, payroll forms etc ready to prove clock in and clock out times if they ask for it. Other than that, there's nothing else you can do apart from just wait.

What happens if you forget to call Recovery Trek within the time allotment? I missed one call a few months ago and was "randomly" selected to test the next day. I swore I would never forget again because I don't want to lose it all over a missed call-in..but I did a few days ago when I was working. I totally forgot about it! What do they do? Do you get reported to TPAPN? Im too scared to ask and turn myself in...
