Mira Costa, Palomar, etc. Spring 2019 Cohort

Published

Hi everyone,

I know it's early, but I wanted to start a thread for everyone applying or hoping to apply for any ADN programs (Mira Costa, Palomar, Grossmont, SCC, MSJC, etc.) in the Spring!

Feel free to post questions, potential points, admission notifications, etc.! I'm super anxious to hear everyone's experiences and compare points! :)

That's awesome!! Good luck to you!

85 points is still solid! Really hoping for all of us that we make it in!

Palomar Acceptances are out! :)

You get in? I didn't get anything yet :(

I GOT MY ACCEPTANCE. I'M IN!!! I had 85 points.

I'm devastated. I didn't receive anything

There's still hope. They send out acceptances in batches based on the amount of people who reject the first round of acceptances

Did anyone receive an "alternate list" email?

I haven't received any sort of email yet :( trying to be hopeful for the next batch

Hi guys! I'm currently in first semester at Palomar and I just wanted to give some insight on my experience with getting accepted into the program. They do in fact send multiple batches of letters. I remember receiving a letter that I was on the standby list about 2 weeks after the first batch went out. I was then officially accepted the day of orientation which was a week after receiving the standby email. It's a process so don't get discouraged! I know it's hard not to feel that way but there is much hope! Good luck to all :)

I accepted my seat and I am hoping for the best for everyone else in this forum!!

Hi there! What was your deadline to accept @Charlotteviola if you don't mind me asking? Patiently waiting on 2nd batch!
