@honeybadgeRn thanks so so much for writing all this. It's really amazing you actually did this for all of us. I really appreciate you, for answering all my questions in details.i still have a few questions to ask if you don't mind. How were first semester classes like? Like patho and family assessment? Did you buy a q&a for rationales in these classes; if so which do you recommend? Can you please send the picture of the page on test taking strategies? How were you able to incorporate studying for nclex and same time, studying for your classes through out the program? When do you think is the best time to start studying for nclex when in the program? First semester? How many students are usually in a class? Did you do study groups in the program, and if so did it actually help?

@HoneyBadgerRN THANK YOU so much for all that info, you really have no idea how helpful it is. It is really helpful for first years to hear from you guys and get some feedback about what we should be doing. I know writing all that took a while but thank you again.

@lorr19 yeah we can meet anytime, I actually changed my summer class to a dallas community college because it ends sooner than the one at TCC. But I can still meet you at TCC any day really! Just probably need to exchange numbers. I cant wait to start now, especially after all that helpful info

@keunnamonae I can't wait to start the program like already. So exciting and can't wait to begin this journey. Can we meet before summer classes actually starts? Thinking of coming to Tcc by 26th of this month if that date is fine by you, if not we can see another day. Just let me know and we need to exchange numbers too.

@HoneyBadgerRN, how many of you started the program and how many are graduating next week? Thanks so much for your post. It's nice of you. Congrats on a successful completion. Are you doing any internships after graduation? All the best as you start your new career.

@lorr19 Sometime next week would probably be better. I start my summer class on May 18 so until June 30 when it ends I may not be free.

@angieperry I haven't, I think the next thing after the emails is the letter/packet in the mail. So hopefully that will be here sometime this week hopefully tomorrow or wednesday. I guess that will direct us to know what to do next. After we get that I will probably call catherine to see when the registration hold will be taken off our account or make an advising appointment with her to ge the hold off because I do not want my filler classes to fill up

I know. I would also need some filler classes because I took introduction to nursing and pathophysiology this spring. I have taken Data analysis also. I have just family health assessment to take at MWSU.

It's going to be an easy semester for me. I don't know which filler classes to take. I have a previous bachelors degree, so obviously I have so many credits. Together with my nursing prerequisites, I have close to 180 credits hours already. I will have to schedule an appointment with CR to see what I may need to add.
