Middle Georgia State University (MGA) Fall 2024

Has any applied to MGU and got accepted? An ICU nurse at my job told me about the program stating she had low test scores and a 2.6 GPA and got accepted into the program. I have a 3.0 overall GPA and a 3.25GPA in my sciences. I applied to southern crescent last year(as they don't have restrictions of the age of sciences) with a HESI A2 score of 82 and didn't get in.  Some of my sciences are expired and I didn't see any restrictions on the school site about expired classes. I noticed they reopened applications to 4/30/24. I applied for the school and sent over my transcripts and rushed to take the TEAS before the deadline but made a 67 on the TEAS. BUMMER. but it's passing and above the required score so I could still apply. I wondered what other who've been accepted looked like. 

LETTERS ARE DROPPING TODAY LADIES !!

@Brittany Yavonne I called and was decisions had been made. We might hear something today but definitely by Tuesday. Have you heard that anybody else received their letter?

I got it today at 6 PM. I thought everyone on here probably have already heard back as well. I didn't think I would get anything today due to the weather. You guys letters are definitely coming soon!

Thank you. My overall GPA 3.27 and TEAS 90. I only have A&P I and currently taking A&P II and Microbiology.

I'm hoping more comes out today but IDK because of the storm and the college being closed.
