I am also taking Micro! I am definitely nervous about it too! EEK! It has been a minute since I have been in school, but I am looking forward to it, somewhat! LOL! Hoping it is interesting at least...good luck to ya! Maybe more will post in this thread:)

Yay, glad to have at least one person on board! :) I'm nervous because I've heard it's challenging, but I do think it will be interesting, so maybe it won't be too bad. Good luck to you, as well, and I hope we get some more people, too!

I'm taking Micro this summer and am excited yet terrified.

It's my last pre requisite so I'm gonna knock it out! Guess I was scared and saved it for last lol

I too am signed up for Microbiology this summer. I start on May 24th! :)

I've heard that it's a lot like A and P, just more in depth. So I guess it will be demanding and require time studying, but shouldn't be too impossible! lol

Tutz926, this is also my last prereq! I was supposed to take it in the Spring with Nutrition and Chem II, but the school canceled my section of the class due to low enrollment, and none of the other sections fit into my schedule (I work full-time). Looking back, I'm so grateful that the class was dropped, because now I have the chance to put all my time and energy into this class (oh yeah, and I guess I do need to remember about work occasionally, lol).

sandanRNstudent, congrats on the ADN program! I will be starting an Accelerated BSN-MSN program in September, so you're probably just as anxious as I am to start the Nursing courses in the Fall! Woohoo!!! :w00t: But I guess for now we need to focus on this Micro class first!

I start Micro June 25th...I'm pretty excited! I love all things science! I have my books, and since I have such a long (and boring!!!) break, I may look up the syllabus and start reading it. I know, biggest nerd possible alert, but really, I have nothing better to do somedays at work and it will help me stop counting the days until I start the nursing program in August :)

Good luck and can't wait to see how we all do!

I'm taking micro this summer, as well...start on June 5th. Its not quite the last prerequisite I need, but close...and I am so looking forawrd to getting it out of the way. I'll be ordering my books for it soon...but the instructor doesn't like posting anything online, so unfortunately I can't do much toward working ahead until class actually starts. Hopefully we all do a great job in the class this summer!!

Haha, trb76 I was actually thinking about opening up my books and reading ahead a little, too! Good luck to everyone on here...I can't wait to start and tackle this beast of a class! :-)
