Why can't WCCCD get it together with these meetings???? With as many as they hold, they KNOW what to expect. Why can't they streamline them to make it more efficient? Unreal.

well I called the nursing office today and they ensured me that my background check that was one page was sufficient. They said as long as it says that you have no criminal background then you are okay.

I am really glad that I applied when I did in March. Although my co-reqs that I completed in May would have help my gpa go to a 3.8(something) instead of the 3.75(or something like that that I applied with. But I have a low tolerance for chaotic situations, so I have no regrets.:balloons:

WCCCD does not have a waiting list for the program.

I have a question that, hopefully, someone can answer. I have applied for the fall program. I am wanting to get everything in order. I can't find my immunization records. Did anyone else have this problem? What shots and tests are needed? Is there time to have all of them done before the program starts? I was reading that some of them have to be done months apart.

Interesting. I won't say anything else in order not to confuse anyone. Best thing is to call the office. With my friend they told her she needed additional information....:uhoh21: .

I am looking at my pack I turned in back in the fall. I have the 1st page which reads Internet Criminal Asses Tool and the 2nd page which reads Criminal Record Response. I know this is an anxious time for you guys...I will just....:chair: :nuke: .

I think that they changed the ichat system recently. I called the nursing office and they said as long as I had the page that says I have no criminal record then I am ok. It's definitely a stressful time.

Well, I applied today for the the fall semester. I was there for 2.5 hours, so it wasn't that much of a wait. There were roughly 65 people and they were taking about 15 apps at a time. There were people complaining, but it was a lot better organized than the information meeting. All in all, I was satisfied. I'm glad it's over, so now we wait........
