Miami Dade College Spring 2015 RN Program

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

Me too, but i still dont want to give up. We can try broward college, south campus is a pembroke pines

Like you say don't give up... Ima go back to school and see what else I do.

The only way Miami dade will let you retake a class is if you had a D but if you got C they won't let you, you just went and registered?

I just registered for it, but it was my first time taking it at dade. I never got a D in a science and I was able to retake them all :)

Maddy, I just read your previous posts, if you get accepted to both generic and accelerated, which one would you choose?

If I had the option I would choose generic. It's only a few months longer than accelerated. Accelerated is too insane and I think generic would be a better option for me. Congrats on getting accepted!!!!

Yure I'm going to talk with and advisor to see which one they let me retake. Just in case.

at this point I'll be ecstatic to get into whichever! Commitment, dedication and countless hours of studying will be required for all programs. I'm ready!!!! Thanks for the vibes, and I will surely keep you posted!!
