Hi all!
I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)
Does anyone have information on the the onsite clinical that start next week? I was just wondering if I missed an email. I am scheduled for Jackson on Thursday , 7: 00 AM but other than that - I do not not know exactly where to go, etc. If anyone has a heads up that would be great. I tried emailing the professor but her email is not listed on the website. I will call nursing department tomorrow. Thanks so much

Who is your professor. Some of the professors said they will send an email where to meet. Just come dressed accordingly and bring anything you may need like a notepad, pen, stethoscope

Hi BDA12NV Thanks for the reply, My professor is Rashida Stewart. I called main nursing office and asked for her email. Who are you with?
Hello all, please I seriously need your opinion and advice. I was accepted into an Accelerated BSN program in Virginia that starts in May, and it happens to be a private college. The length of the program is 2years and I get to pay 25k for the period. (The program is 25k for both years excluding books and all). On the other hand, I'm thinking of declining the offer and applying to MDC accerelated program which is a period of 12months and way cheaper, but is not an accelerated bsn. My overall gpa is 3.0, and my science I believe should be around 3.5. What do you guys suggest I do?

Hi Mary Or, Hope all is well. By chance do you still have the nursing lab bag for sale?
Thanks
