Miami Dade College Spring 2015 RN Program

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

I did see those but I will be more specific. the school that I am currently attending will not allow you take a class like college algebra unless you (a) test out of it or (b) if you do not test out of it, there are up to three math classes you must take before hand. it all depends on your placement test. so basically I am wondering are there any classes that you are required to take before you can take the classes in the link you just posted.

First catalog, once open go to page 123 in the pdf , look for the area (ex biological science, math, etc) then on the side it tells you what page to go to for the specific area, finally when you find the class there is a little description of the class and if the class needs a prereq it will tell you on the class description. Hope that helps any questions let me know

Not yet. It's been hard trying to find a job since they want experience or BSN. But now I will hopefully get lucky.

hey guys! I have 2 clinical tops & 2 green tops (all size: XL) if anyone needs them they can have em :) obviously used, but in good shape. also 2 XL green buttersoft pants ;)

Has anyone heard anything in regards to more acceptance letters going out? I've called, but, they tell me between this week and next week. I still haven't received a rejection letter, so that's a good thing. Still hoping and praying there's a spot open for those of us still waiting to hear something.
