Miami Dade College Fall 2015 RN Program

Hey guys,

I figured I should share what I know about the Fall 2015 application so far.

So far this is what I know:

1. Spring 2015 students do not need an entrance exam - let's see if they keep it this way for Fall 2015 applicants
   
2. There will be a mandatory SOS Pre Nursing Bootcamp that will need to be attended upon acceptance to the program.
   
3. I called advising today (7/7/14) the receptionist said I should start applying in January, but I'll confirm that once again before then.
   
4. 60% sciences and 40% cumulative GPA is still the criteria as far as we know.
   

I figured this should be a great place for us to share our anxiety about our apps and build some friendships :).

Getting nervous!!!! I hope they do go out today!!!....What's everyone's combined GPA?? Mine is 3.61 combined.

Can u calculate mines I don't know how to do it 3.72 over all 3.45 science I applied for bridge program

My overall is 3.59 which weighs 40 percent nd my science is 3.87 which weighs 60 percent combined my gpa for the program is 3.758

@sdelgado we have exactly the same, I doubled check my all cum so combined is 3.62 for me. Ahhhh!! Im nervous. I'm sure we got this though!

Guys i got on my hands and knees at 10:20 prayed and asked G*d to relieve our anxiety nd told him if this wasnt in his will for me than i was ok with that i promised you my phone went off the moment i finished praying im thinking its the forum but the first thing i see is a congrats guys im in!!!!!!!!!
