Miami Dade College Fall 2015 RN Program

Hey guys,

I figured I should share what I know about the Fall 2015 application so far.

So far this is what I know:

  1. Spring 2015 students do not need an entrance exam - let's see if they keep it this way for Fall 2015 applicants
  2. There will be a mandatory SOS Pre Nursing Bootcamp that will need to be attended upon acceptance to the program.
  3. I called advising today (7/7/14) the receptionist said I should start applying in January, but I'll confirm that once again before then.
  4. 60% sciences and 40% cumulative GPA is still the criteria as far as we know.

I figured this should be a great place for us to share our anxiety about our apps and build some friendships :).

my science is 3.0 and overall is 3.0 what is my combined? 3.0??

Guys i got on my hands and knees at 10:20 prayed and asked G*d to relieve our anxiety nd told him if this wasnt in his will for me than i was ok with that i promised you my phone went off the moment i finished praying im thinking its the forum but the first thing i see is a congrats guys im in!!!!!!!!! Generic full time!

Guys I just got accepted. Ahhhhhhhh I'm driving to work trying to read the Email. I have goosebumps.... Good luck to everyone, I wish there were enough seats to except everyone in this thread. I can't wait to meet some of you lots of love!!!!

I wish we knew how they send these out. By name, student number, gpa, order of application, social security, etc...so many possible ways

We all know if they send it is going to be after 12 pm and before 7 pm.

OMG congrats everyone! I was so relaxed about the whole process until 30 minutes ago. Now I'm freaking out waiting for this email!!!
