Hey Yall!

I hope your spirits are high as we enter into a new phase of our lives. I know Mercy U will be begin sending out letters so wanted to make a thread.

Hey! I received my acceptance today. Unfortunately I have my doubts after reading terrible reviews and the low NCLEX passing rate. I'm also all the way in BK and clinical are all over westchester. I'm not sure what to do.

I just got accepted too. Westchester is crazy where do you see that? I'd be living in Brooklyn too

I attended an info session and that is what I was told. I should note, they did mention other parts of NY. What part of BK?

I'm from Canarsie, do you wanna email or text to chat more?

Hi, congrats on your acceptance. I also got accepted today and am coming from Brooklyn as well. However I don't think I will continue with the program because of the bad reviews.

Hey! I recieved my acceptance letter yesterday and also live in brooklyn. Where did you read reviews on the program?

Hi guys! I got accepted but for the regular ABSN program. I also live in Brooklyn, are you guys planning on commuting by train? It's a 2.5 hour train ride for me 😭

I got into the school too. Every school has bad reviews and good reviews. I think if we make study groups and test reviews we should be fine

I'm not sure how to reply back to comments but I'm more worried about tuition. I would have to quit my full time job and that's going to take a toll on my finances. The commute will be tough as well but it's a sacrifice at that point.

Y'all should try applying for the nurse corps scholarship. They cover full tuition, fees and give monthly stipends

Found something on tik tok about being a nurse extern , they have positions for them just Google it. They got three 8hr shifts and 2 12 hr shifts. But all ABSN schools gunna take up a lot of our time
