Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hello everyone,

I'm looking into bridging into this program and wanted to know if there are any students out there (current or former) that would be able to provide information for this program. Such as quality of program, difficulty getting in, etc.... I do know that they are now accredited by ACEN. Any information would be great.

Thank you

Unfortunately I have no idea . Where did u go to get the titers done

You can go to urgent care/walk-in clinic. If you have insurance go through you doctor and have them order it and go to the lab it’s cheaper. For LPN it was expensive to do my titers as I didn’t have insurance.

Hey everyone!

Wow glad to see this thread is still active. I was the original poster that posted the thread almost three years ago as I was looking to bridge into an RN program. WOW time flies! I’m currently finishing up my second semester at Mercy. I start my LAST semester on 8/26. So excited! If you all have any questions I will try my best to answer them. Good luck to you all!

So glad to have a way to connect with others! Good luck on your last semester! Question did you work full time?

that’s amazing . Congrats to you! I do have a few questions, can we record in lecture and do you recommend getting the textbooks. I heard that they have everything that we’ll wed in powerpoints

Yes I did work 3 days a week 12-13 hour shifts. But I worked nights and was able to study most times.

Recording the lectures is specific to each professor as you need their permission to record. Some will allow it some will say absolutely not. I rarely used the text. Most professors teach off their PowerPoints.

That’s awesome that you were able to work!

What kind of schedule options are there? Weekday/weekend/weeknight? I guess it depends on your cohort?
