Who knows when the link will be available and how we should be preparing right now. Has anyone sent anything yet? TEAS scores, transcripts, other documents????

 

I just got the email that they accepted my upper level math substitution. I'm so relieved!

Who did you get in contact to check on equivalency? I was shocked to find that my nutrition class was not on grid!! I hope I can get it verified in time ?

Liliana Renner is the counselor that helped me with everything. I had to get the equivalency evaluation, the GPA form, and the class substitution. 

Oh man, that stinks. I've been working on all my stuff since January. Since nutrition isn't required, you can still apply with your other courses that are on the grid, correct?

I spoke with Sabrina Frias and she signed off on my GPA form. I had 2 classes on the form (math & English) that were not on the grid. Even though I didn’t have transcripts sent by January 29, she agreed to sign off. She said basically by me signing the form and knowing that they had not been officially evaluated for equivalency, I was acknowledging that if they weren’t equivalent, my application would be rescinded. 
hope this makes sense!

Do you know how long it takes to get one class verified?

Yes you're right but I was trying to get the points for having: VOCN-46A, med terminology and nutrition.

I scheduled an appointment with her a week or so ago and she did it during the appointment, it took her a while but she looked everything up and was really helpful

Hi Everyone,

I just have a quick question, are we supposed to send our TEAS results via the share results option on the ATI website, or do we just attach the individual performance report with the application?

I got disqualified last year for doing that! We are supposed to send our individual performance scores for each time that we took the test. But the only one they’ll be looking at is our first score. It’s confusing Bc every school I feel wants something different LOL!

Is it just the first page of the individual profile or all pages? The example they gave has the first page but I wasn’t sure if they wanted the other stuff

I just downloaded the proformance profile pdf and attached all of it to the application page.
