Thought I would get this started...

Who is applying for UCSF MEPN Program currently?

I dunno, if he said he's working on them now, then that would suggest that he got the approval from that person. Did I just imagine it, or didn't I read somewhere on here that one group of applicants received notice at 8 or 9 at night? I've still got some hope that today's the day ;)

I think this is precisely why they don't give out specific dates for notification. We're all eager and building various levels of hope, dread, resentment, and anxiety because we know it's all hinging on an authorization signature of one person. they were purposely vague because they know situations like this arise and they wanted to avoid building our expectations of hearing before "the end of the month".

@Psuche: I remember the post you're talking about and I believe that that was Eastern Standard Time, unfortunately :***: I'm holding out hope for six o'clock Pacific Standard Time as the "XX knows how important this is to all of us so he'll probably put in extra time to get the notifications out" deadline.

that's why i said i wasn't sure what exactly he was working on, since he already told someone here that everything was ready to go and it was the matter of that one approval to turn on the notifications "switch"...
