Does anyone know if Memorial Hermann offers a night differential and what it is? I got a verbal offer, but am still waiting on my official offer letter. I was told I’d be working nights and am curious if there’s a differential!

No we don’t receive the night differential until we graduate from the residency!

I am applying to the nurse residency program for summer 2020 and wanted to know If they allow you to start the program with a compact license? the website said Texas license so I wasn't sure .

I am starting in a few weeks with the residency but I still have no idea what the schedule is like. can anyone give me an idea of how the program is scheduled? like are we there M-F for x amount of weeks? in classes? on the floor?
