I got a call to shadow in the OR at SW and the recruiter (Purvi) called me on my way home with a job offer! They are coming slowly but surely!

I had an interview almost 3 weeks ago and have been waiting for a callback/offer. Some of my other classmates have an interview next Monday and others are still waiting for an email as well. Only one person has gotten an offer that I know of.

A 4 person panel interview and it went wonderful! Questions were behavior-based and I would emphasize teamwork/collaboration. Super chill atmosphere and they were very down to earth, just be yourself! and good luck. I had to email the nurse recruiter today because I havent heard back and it's been close to 3 weeks
