When was your interview again? I was interviewed today. I am hoping I’ll hear back by the end of this week sugar land only has 1 spot for ED & I am hopeful to be that lucky winner!! ?

Has anyone previously gone through the application and interview process and be an “alternate”? Is it super rare to later be offered/what was your experience with this if anyone has input!! Thanks!

did anyone apply to the float pool at TMC for Memorial Hermann and hear back? I got a denial from my first choice (Childrens) and that was my second choice so curious if they have done match day/filled all the spots!

What is an alternate? like they choose you if someone leaves?
