hello, I am looking to upgrade my stethoscope now that I have graduated. I am looking into the Littman Classic III and had a few questions. The website description says the bell can be a traditional open bell or closed bell by adding the removable diaphragm. If I put on the removable diaphragm will that side still be considered a bell to hear low freq sounds? or will it now act as a pediatric side diaphragm?

Hello, I am set to graduate in May and have just accepted my first job. I had a question about PTO and vacation. My RN position schedules us to work 40hrs/week with combo shifts of 12 and 8 hrs. I am planning a vacation in december Sunday-Friday. Would I have to use PTO to request off for every single one of those days (even though normally I would not be scheduled to work that many in a row) or do I just use PTO hrs that are equivalent to the amount of hours I would normally be scheduled to work during that time?

I am a BSN student graduating in May 2020. I have begun applying for different hospitals and have interviews scheduled for this week. However, one of the hospitals I applied to (dream hospital to work at) said that they will not begin doing interviews until the end of march/early april. What happens if I get an offer from one of the hospitals I interview with this week and the deadline to accept is before I even interview with the other hospital? Can I back out if I accept the offer?

When you submitted it did you put both Cumulative and nursing GPA? My transcript only has cumulative gpa

Does anyone know if Houston Methodist does Skype interviews for the prescreening day? I emailed them and havent heard back yet. I go to nursing school out of state and am already making a trip to houston the following week for another hospital that will not do a Skype interview
